"Well, gee thanks, Kelly!! But now you are charging me $170 for insurance you NEVER provided and even tho I paid for auto insurance YOU cancelled it! Probably because you are a fraudulent insurance agent. NOT GONNAE PAY YOU ANY MORE MONEY! And, really, no one should. I guess me next step is BBB."

"I’ve been with State Farm for several months now and have nothing but kind words for the Kelly Manning Office. Specifically Becky! She’s been an absolute gem and delight, helping me and being very understanding when I missed a payment or two.
